Ah yes, I forgot that you can use a spell level's spell to cast a spell of lower level, as you pointed out. That will be very useful for the first 2 levels since I'll only have access to 0 and 1st level spells.

Yeah probably by Sunday.
Mine was pretty easy to pull off.
Be Chaotic Neutral Brian. Or like neutral evil or something.

I thought he said he was thinking of being CE. It would be so much easier if he was CN. Then he'd be able to kill whatever he wants while not being truely evil.
Wait a moment, how did you reply at 1:19 PM Avi?

Three more questions: (1) When you sponateously cast a cure spell, it says that you "lose" the prepared spell. Does that mean that you can no longer cast that spell until you prepare it again? (2) Does the casted cure spell use a spell per day? (3) If yes to the second question, does it use a spell slot of the casted spell's level or the spell level of the "lost" spell?
I know I'm asking a lot of questions, but it's because I haven't used a cleric before and if I don't know, I can't use my divine powers to their maximum.

In essence, you are casting a spell and converting it into a healing spell. That should answer all of those questions.

Can't we have a really long meeting on Sunday? Oh, and I downloaded a complete feat pdf ( www.crystalkeep.com/d20/ ), and after looking over all those monk feats in Complete Warrior, I'm definately going to go unarmed. Except a quarterstaff. And handaxe.

I checked it out too and found a good feat for Brian and me: Spellcasting Prodigy. It gives you +2 to your class's spellcasting stat (Wis for me).
Since we haven't begun the Summer Campaign, I went ahead and swapped it with Augment Healing if that's alright.

Alright, I shall allow the Spellcaster Prodigy but I want it well noted:
It only applies to bonus spells per day and save DCs it doesn't just increase the stat.

So, you mean that, since my Wis stat has a +3 modifier at 17 , that applies to the save DC, but the stat remains at 15?
