Cha doesn't power Cleric spells. It's Wis. Cha gives Clerics extra uses of Turn/Rebuke Undead. See, as a Gnome, I get +2 to Con, which is good since I need to live, and -2 to Str, which I won't be using since I'm the walking medicine cabinet. I also get +1 to AC for being a small race. No race gets +2 to Wis, and Dwarves are outta the question since they lose Cha even though they get +2 to Con. And if I were to go with a crossbow, I won't be able to use a shield. Gotta use a shield for more AC!
So yeah, you can't make me not be a gnome, just like I can't make you not be a monk.
And scratch the halberd using since it requires two hands. I'll just use a mace.

Actually, since I never agreed to that name, I though up my own: Roondar Filchbatter. Let's see which the other people perfer.
I'm going with Avi's since he explained all the stuff about how gnomes have to have long and weird names.

Well I finally decided on where the campaign will be directed. Since I am not one to give you to much, I'll just give you the general sytle of the campaign:
The campaign will be a gritty exploration dungeon crawling piece, filled with political elements, and power struggles all about solving one of the many mysteries of Eberron. The campaign begins in Sharn, the City of Towers, in a small tavern...
So please make your character backgrounds, including any organizations ur affilliated too, your country of origin, your life up to the adventure start in Sharn. Good Hunting.

My character bio's on the first page. Get off your lazy butts and type yours up!
There's some things about Clerics I just don't understand fully. Can someone explain how you determine if you actually damage undead monsters with Turn Undead? Also, I'm allowed to prepare any of my spells that I can, just not use them all in one day, right?

I'll tell you now, the Eberron deities do not work the way you just made them, they do not command, they do not guide. The Eberron deities are much like God on Earth, believing in them is a matter of faith, they don't command you, and if they somehow do, it's never clear like, "Go find this person." and Sharn is in Breland.
Turn Undead doesn't actually damage undead, it makes them run away, unless you're double their Hit Dice in which case they're destroyed. You can prepare any spell on the cleric spell list, but like all spellcasters you must follow your Spell per Day limit.

Ah, okay. That clears up much. But where two questions are answered, another forms: with my 15 Wisdom, I get a bonus 2nd level spell. But, I can't use 2nd level spells at Level 1, correct?

No, but you can cast a 1st level spell using a 2nd level spell slot. So you can cast 3 level 0 spells and 2 level 1 spells and 1 domain spell at first level.
