Why not just kill some peaceful person and take their gun and ammo? And remember that the whole gunpowder, bullets, and gunflint are kind of important to guns...just having the gun isn't enough.

Mark, we have a paladin played by Vinny in the party. He almost killed Avi cause Avi pushed past him while trying to catch the guy, I'm not about to attempt a killing of someone with him around.
Plus, guns suck in the colonial times. You shoot once then waste the rest of the battle reloading it. And if the person is "peaceful", why would they have a gun?

Hunting purposes of course. As for the use of Guns...the purpose is an Ambush weapon or a nice emplacemnt gun during a siege.

Almost killed?, It was a mere act of disciplined, when a simple vagrent assaults a man of my stature he will suffer the consequences of his actions. Curs such as you feel a need to point a finger at someone and a thought not just a paladin farmboy, an Espaniard Knight and those who defy my rule will find themselves in hell

Hah! Mere act of discipline! Surely you jest. Not to used to being thrown about like that, are ye? Rough, ain't it... well too damn bad, sir. Your outlandish living fills me with pity for your crown. Truly they are lucky to have such a knight at their disposal. I'm sure they'll dance about with joy when they learn of your leaving.

((Continued Summary since I've neglected it for so long...))
November 12th, 1666
As the group breaks from their revelrie they began to track these vile beasts back to their lair. After following many criss crossed tracks, the party came to the mouth of a dark cave. The descent into it was slow, namely due to fear of bats or of course the infernal undead they had already encountered. As the made it to level ground they encountered the first group, a fierce group of ghouls and ghasts, the party struggled as the monsters paralyzed them with their claws, with much luck and some skill though the party dispatched the beasts. The group continued to prowl about uncovering many more undead than originally suspected, now prepared though they continued demolishing the beasts left and right. They eventually came to another floor of the caves, bypassing any other rooms they saw, they made their way to a wooden door at the end of a corridor. On the other side was a study and bedroom, here the group investigated a great deal, uncovering most interestingly some sort of mirror though they did not discern its purpose at first. Still though, it was through a curtain at the edge of the room where they encountered the source of these dire deeds. In a steamfilled room, a disembodied voice challenged them to battle. The battle was difficult, their opponent a strong spellcaster of sorts as well as a brilliant tactician who used the fog to hide, luckily thanks to the Espaniard's ability to locate evil presences they were able to better coordinate their battle. They finished him after bowling him into the scalding spring. After the battle, and fishing out the Albian Agent from the water, the group continued to investigate the study, finding three vials, one with blonde hair, one with red, and finally the last being a piece of skin. The group eventually realized that these could be used in conjunction with the mirror to watch those who these body parts belonged to. The red hair was that of the scottish bard, the blonde seems to belong to an aristocratic woman the party has become greatly entranced with, and finally the last seems to be a nobleman. The group also found large amounts of coin, as well as some magical scrolls, both ancient and new. The group then cleared out the other rooms within the caves, and returned to the village they had embarked from. Once back in the village they were able to get sturdy breakfasts as well as extremely hard liqour that knocked them out in one shot. A problem quickly arose when the Espaniard demanded more of this house brew but the waitress refused to give it to him for fear of his death. He began a long rant of insults about the town, until he realized the tavern was full of townsfolk. It seemed everyone in the establishment immediately brandished weapons towards him, especially a large Vinlander, whom the Espaniard then challenged to battle. The strapping Vinlander known as Gar the Huntsman accepted with a laugh, giving the puny knight many chances to surrender yet the man did not listen to reason and relinquish. The battle was over within seconds, as the near God-Like Figure of Gar crushed the Espaniard with speed like lightning and sounds like thunder, the Espaniard lay in a pool of blood sweat and tears at the Vinlanders feat who let him live out of pity and the promise never to return to the town after tomorrow. The group rested for the night and then headed out on the road to Mont Real...

I beleive that the scotsman and the albian are more infatuated with the mirror. Let's hope they can keep their insticts in their pants, so to speak.

November 15, 1666
The party was moving along the way on the road, heading towards Mont Real, as they walked, the Agent encountered a man seeming to point his bow at the party. Releasing a quick arrow, he pierced the man's shoulder, and the party rushed to investigate. As he lay there panting, he called the party fools and informed them he was aiming for the cougars. At that moment, two massive mountain cats rushed forth at the party, one literally leaping atop the scout's back, the other scratching at the cleric. The party quickly disposed of the beasts and were invited to visit the hunter's house for dinner. Once they arrived, the Espaniard bearing no social graces insulted the hunter's wife, and was forcibly removed from the grounds. From their he made his way towards a small town where he ended up staying for the night. The next day the group continued up north to Mont Real.
November 17, 1666
The group arrived in Mont Real, and immediately began prowling about for rurmors and action. They learned that some sort of monster was attacking the city's women at night, the group immediately decided to seek out a priest who was supposedly heading an investigation into these doings. While the bard and agent made their way to a pub, the rest of the group went to find the priest, as opposed to finding some sort of master of investigation, they discovered a dangerously obese glutton more interested in eating than in defending the populace. Still he was able to provide some minor insights and bits of information that let the group lay out their next plan. The paladin's master plan was to have a tailor make a woman out of him, he achieved the disguise, and made his way into the night, only to find that he couldn't attract a vampire only a drunken carouser lookin' for a good time. As he fended off the man, a scream pierced the air, leading the cleric and scout to charge forth towards a building, and the bard and agent to stumble down the streets drunkenly. The group came upon the vampire sucking the blood from a young woman. The cleric quickly used his faith to turn back the beast which was then actually able to get away by flying.
November 20, 1666
The party having recieved money from the priest when they said they were on the tail of catching the vampire, decided to better prepare themselves for the fight. While the cleric used his share of the gold upon the party, the paladin went off to have a member of the Ignantian Order bless his weapon. The party began to ask around and quickly discerned that the Vampire's hide out was an old rundown townhouse. They began to explore the house when they came upon a door, after attempting to disarm the traps upon it, they suffered some minor injuries and made their descent into the basement. Here they discovered an arcane laboratory of some sort, and at the far end of the room was the vampire himself! Despite being entirely cordial, the Paladin attacked him anyway. Now the party lays embroiled in battle.
