Mr. Marston is able to spot a girl on the opposite side of the cafeteria who looks extremely concerned for someone who wasn't sitting with the girl. Mr. Nock doesn't see anyone running forward to render some medical assistance.

Arkadi has been quietly observing the proceedings, having finished his clean-up job quite some time ago. The chance to blend into the crowd of onlookers was a welcome break.
But as the event unfolds, he can't help but think that the seizure was unusual for someone with an epileptic condition. The last time he saw someone with a seizure like this was in a rocky gully in the Panjshir valley.....and that man had just lost his legs.

Mr. Marston quietly informs Mr. Nock to keep watch over the girl, then heads to the other side of the cafeteria, trying to gain more information about the other, unusually concerned, girl.
[He will also attempt to get a better look, and succeeds by 0.]

Mr. Marston does not recognize her, she seems to be younger than the seizing student though they don't look related. While the seizing girl was wearing more mainstream fashions this girl seems to be dressed in attire that Mr. Marston would have to label somewhere in the nexus of punk-goth.
((Is Marston actually going to try and talk to her?))

[Well, what caught my attention from across an entire cafeteria, making her look concerned? If she just looks distraught, my character'll probably offer a brief sentence or two asking her if she knew her and letting her know we're getting medical help.]

((She seems concerned over the girl seizing on the ground))

[Interesting.]
Having walked across the cafeteria to take a look at this girl, Marston notices that she just seems to be concerned about the girl having a seizure. Seeing nothing else unusual (presumably), Marston continues his inspection of the rest of the cafeteria before returning to Nock and the girl, keeping an eye out for arriving paramedics.
Man, I think I'm going crazy. She definitely seemed much more distressed from further away.

((Could I get a Deduction check from Marston aided with perception?))

[Alright, I had to look up how to do this...Perception succeeds by 3, which means Deduction is now 10-. Then Deduction also succeeds by 3.]

Mr. Marston realizes as he's walking back from that side of the cafeteria that most of the other students have stopped paying attention to the girl seizing on the floor. In fact the girl who was watching on with extreme concern and interest is the only one on this side of the room who is. Mr. Marston believes that there was something strange about this girl.
Meanwhile, the side doors burst open and the EMTs arrive.

Spotting the paramedics, Nock shouts, "Thank God. Over here! Quickly!" while gesturing towards the girl.

Meanwhile, Marston walks over to the concerned girl, leans over, and says, "Is everything okay? You seem awfully concerned about that poor girl over there. Don't worry, Mr. Nock is bringing over the paramedics now."

The EMTs arrive quickly over as the girl is laying on the ground and seizing. One of them bends over and begins to inspect her while she continues to seize.
The young girl shakes her head as if Marston's question has just jolted her awake. She quickly looks around, and then says in a shakey voice, "Yeah, I just...just frightened by it that's all." She then sits down and tries to not pay attention to the EMTs.

Marston reassures her, saying "I'm sure she'll be fine." He then walks back to Nock, the girl, and the EMTs while keeping half an eye on the other girl.

Before the EMTs are able to do anything to the girl her seizures suddenly stop. She lays panting on the ground for a few moments, and then murmurs, "Joanne Ripley." The girl then faints.
