Oh yeah, that little one-shot thing.

I do believe I jumped at several times the speed of sound in that one shot.

It was something ridiculous, like Mach 10 or so.

Just a heads up, but I have finally found a job. I don't ever work later than 7PM and have weekends off, so it won't interfere with my participation in the PbP campaign (though we're still waiting on Tynan and Arkadi's solo adventures to finish up anyway).

Alright so that finally wraps up every storyline.
I had a question for you guys: since we're clearly not using equipment as much as I thought you might, I'm curious as to whether or not you guys might be interested in a switch to Superheroic rules, with a boost of like 25 to 50 points?

The thing with switching to a superheroic campaign, in my mind, is that I built Arkadi with every intention of playing a heroic campaign. If I had known that we would go superheroic sometime down the road, I probably would have gone a bit of a different direction, left more things open for later improvement, etc.
Also, equipment could become important later. And it's always interesting from a character perspective when PCs have to legitimately acquire items, instead of (in this case) enchanting something to be a VPP or whatever.
I dunno....I can adapt to either choice. But I'd prefer remaining in a heroic campaign.

Oh, thought the solo adventures would take another week or so. Well then.
I'm fine with either or, really. I didn't have much planned in how I'd have made my character if we were using superheroic, so I'd be okay with moving over to that, but I'd also be fine with just sticking with the current heroic rules.
So, the usual scenario in which we absolutely suck at decision-making.

Doesn't really matter. It's one of the many benefits of solving all of your problems by punching them in the face.
But I definitely would not turn down more points.

Any decision on this?
And I have Starcraft II if anyone's interested.

I've yet to hear anything about it yet.

Sorry that it's taken me so long to get back around to this, real life things and deciding exactly how to progress the story. We will continue being a Heroic game. Everyone gets 7 XP from the initial storylines, and the next storyline will start up later today or tomorrow. Stay tuned folks!

Hero is clearly more important than real life. I'll post an update when I decide what to get.

No rush, since I'm still getting used to full-time employment over at C3i and all.
Like I mentioned, I'll more than likely be taking Detect Ghosts and increasing a few everyman skills with my 7 points. Is it fine if the Detect is part of my Multipower?

No, enhanced senses is just one of the few things you can't buy in a power framework.

The new thread is now up. You may all RP various things until the 'adventure' gets underway.
As a side note, it has been between 3 and 4 weeks since the last storyline. There will be some intervening time period threads up in the next couple of days.
